Built around the transformative power of heat, cold, ritual and shared experience, we are creating a space where wellbeing, recovery and human connection come together.
Inspired by our love of sauna and community, The Heat Exchange Sauna is being built as an intentional and inclusive space in the heart of Stroud — a place where people can step away from the demands of everyday life, slow down, be present and feel part of something meaningful.
Whether you come to recharge, find stillness or connect with others, our vision is simple:
Recovery. Presence. Connection. Community.
A new destination for relaxation, recovery and serious heat and cold is taking shape in the heart of Stroud - and Stroud Times came inside for a first look as building work gets underway.
